Audit passed. TS Quadrat is now certified

Quality management audited according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for increased customer satisfaction.

DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally accepted guideline for the adoption and implementation of quality management systems in businesses. It specifies the measures to be taken to ensure optimised workflow and organisation, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and overall product and service quality. Regular inspections and annual audits guarantee continuous long-term improvement and lasting high quality.

"Favourable trends and our ambitious goals for the future were crucial to our decision to investigate the issue of certification and to go about it. Besides ensuring maximum functionality, our work is characterised by the highest standards for quality, customer satisfaction and services, and now we have confirmation for that on paper," said Managing Director Tobias Schreiber.

Certification is also important in winning new customers, as many companies that are certified will also insist on certification for their suppliers.

"For us certification, with its officially confirmed quality guarantee, is a key factor in ensuring long-term competitiveness and job security at our company," said Tobias Schreiber. Now we are ideally positioned for the future."
