The 24V belt conveyor is a very simple and cost-effective conveyor. Its drive is realised via the 24V motor roller fitted on the front side. The conveyor belt is tensioned using the tensioning device on the rear-mounted idler. The drive is controlled via a control module in the terminal box, which can be set at different speeds. The direction of rotation can be selected and the conveyor switched on and off via the terminal box. The current is connected via a standard safety plug that is connected in the terminal box. If you want to operate several of these belt conveyors in series, you can plug each safety plug into the socket on its precursor’s terminal box. The entire line can now be used like a conveyor.
The lateral guide has a very high adjustment range. You can also install the guides at an angle to achieve centring. The lateral guide can be adjusted simply by turning the knob.
