The horizontal belt conveyor consists of a self-supporting bolted construction.

It is equipped with a tensioning station, which also contains the drive motor. The belt is supported by screw-in sliding plates. The straight running of the conveyor belt can be roughly adjusted in the tensioning station and finely adjusted at both head ends via the tensioning drums.
